Bring out the Grad Attire: Zymewire Completes Creative Destruction Lab

It has been an exciting time for us here at Zymewire as of late. Our team is expanding, we’ve had the chance to meet many new people during an event packed June, and it doesn’t hurt that it’s also summertime. A hot one at that, for us in Toronto at least.

We’re also excited to announce our recent graduation from The Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Per their official releases, CDL “is a seed-stage program for massively scalable, science-based companies. The nine-month program employs an objectives-based mentoring process with the goal of maximizing equity-value creation.” Some of Canada’s most successful startups have participated in the program in the past.

Our co-founders, Pete and Ryan, participated in the Artificial Intelligence stream of CDL and had the chance to work with many talented and incredible people from across startups and academia. We entered into this stream due to the machine-learning based solutions that Zymewire develops, utilizing deep learning to identify information that allows people to understand what a company has done in the past, what they are doing now, and what they intend to do in the future. Our first application, as you may know, is the digital sales assistant that integrates this market intelligence with your existing internal data.
